Aesthetically identical to the automatic version, ideal for blocking vehicle passage in historical centres and in particular in pedestrian areas which only occasionally nee to be open to traffic or to emergency vehicles. Practical and easy to handle, while being solid and compact; made of an aggregate of cement and marble chips, but a wooden version also exists. It can turn though more than 180° by exerting a small push on the end of the barrier and then be blocked in the desired position using a special key located above the telescopic foot positioned inside the flower container. Inside the flower container there is also a housing for any eventual optional signalling system.
